"Once upon a time, their elected representatives who only occasionally represented their constituents, voted FOR a plan, a bailout they called it, as if the world was traveling on a cruise ship.  Many knew it wasn't a ship located at the Pirates adventure on Main Street, yet they kept saying the bailout is on track.  What they were trying to say was that it was a 747 on track, and thus inferring that in reality, it WAS a bill leaving on a jet train, that didn't know when it'd be back again, heading too fast toward a ship that was sinking and has to go.  So, regardless of voters wishes, they were determined it to fast track the jet plan.  They wanted the money delivered quickly.  When they saw what happened to it as seen here, they got right back on track to pass another bailout, and put that on another track, to quickly handle the piling up of pile ups on pile ups, which unfortunately rammed right into the whole package yet again.  The only good thing that came out of it all is proof why English really should be the 2nd language, and pictures which are always worth some kind of expression should be the #1 languish of language, as they are worth a 700 billion words from citizens trying to tell the engineers that YOU ARE GOING TOO FAST."
